个人情况
我叫阮鲁杰，是一名普通的宁波市北仑区白峰街道东园村居民。生活对于我来说，一直充满着挑战。我的母亲王亚清，多年来身体状况欠佳，饱受多种疾病的折磨。她患有精神障碍、阿尔茨海默病、锥体外系综合征以及腰椎椎管狭窄等疾病。这些疾病不仅让母亲的身体每况愈下，也给我们这个家庭蒙上了一层厚厚的阴影。
而我自己，离异后的生活并不轻松。我独自带着正在上学的孩子，和母亲相依为命。我成为了这个家庭唯一的经济支柱，肩负着照顾孩子和母亲的双重责任。
生病经过
今年2月初，母亲的身体又出现了新的状况。她开始下肢疼痛，并且四肢麻木无力。看到母亲如此痛苦，我心急如焚，立刻带着她前往宁波市北仑区人民医院进行检查。经过一系列详细的检查后，医生给出的诊断结果犹如晴天霹雳。母亲被诊断为1.吉兰 - 巴雷综合征脱髓鞘型，2.慢性缺血性脑血管病。这两种疾病的治疗都需要耗费大量的时间、精力和金钱，这对于我们这个本就困难的家庭来说，无疑是雪上加霜。
治疗方案
目前，医生根据母亲的病情制定了相应的治疗方案。针对吉兰 - 巴雷综合征脱髓鞘型，需要进行一系列的免疫调节治疗，包括使用特殊的药物来抑制免疫系统对神经的攻击，同时还需要配合康复训练。而对于慢性缺血性脑血管病，则需要长期服用改善脑血管循环的药物，并且定期进行复查，以便及时调整治疗方案。然而，这些治疗所需的费用是我们家庭难以承受的。
家庭情况
在这个家庭里，父亲已经去世多年，母亲的健康状况又如此糟糕。我既要努力工作赚取微薄的收入来维持家庭的日常开销，又要照顾生病的母亲和上学的孩子。孩子的学业不能耽误，母亲的病也不能不治，我常常感到力不从心，在经济和精神的双重压力下艰难前行。
