我叫刘馨泽，一个22岁的年轻生命，正面临着一场突如其来的健康危机。我来自广西壮族自治区，一个充满爱与温暖的地方，但此刻的我，却在这片土地上无助地挣扎。

2024年12月，我的生活被一纸诊断书彻底改变——在北流市人民医院，我被查出黄斑出血。疾病的阴影初次笼罩在我的人生上，但那时的我，还满怀希望地认为这只是暂时的困难。然而，命运似乎并没有打算轻易放过我。

2025年1月底，我开始反复腹痛，体重在短短两三个月内骤减了十几斤。我辗转于北流市人民医院和玉林市人民医院之间，却始终未能找到病因。心率过快、体重骤减、腹痛难忍……这些症状像一座座大山，压得我喘不过气来。

直到2月23日，我来到南宁广西医科大第一附属医院，一切才有了转机。经过一系列检查，26号在急诊科做CT时，医生在我的腹主动脉前方发现了一个可疑物。随后，我被转入医科大肿瘤医院五象院区接受治疗。3月2日，我的肚子突然剧痛难忍，尽管打了两针止痛药，疼痛却丝毫未减。当晚，增强CT的结果如同晴天霹雳——我确诊了腹主动脉瘤，瘤体大小达到4.0cmX3.2cmX4.1cm。由于动脉瘤较大，随时都有生命危险。当晚就收到了病危通知书。

3月3日凌晨，我紧急接受了腹主动脉瘤的栓塞手术。手术虽然成功，但我的心率仍然过快。心脏彩超的结果更是雪上加霜——我感染了心内膜炎，主动脉瓣和二尖瓣上都有赘生物。为了防止赘生物掉落引发更严重的后果，医生建议我转至广西医科大学第一附属医院的心脏外科进行下一步治疗。

3月7日，我终于顺利转入了广西医科大学第一附属医院的CCU（心血管重症监护室）。然而，这只是我漫长治疗旅程的一个新起点。在身体允许的情况下，我还需要进行心脏瓣膜手术。

这半年来，由于身体原因，我不得不放弃了工作。而家里本就没有太多的收入来源，这场突如其来的疾病更是让我们本就拮据的生活雪上加霜。面对高昂的医疗费用和后续的治疗计划，我和我的家人都感到无比的焦虑和无助。
