大家好！我叫甘佩，丈夫李锡平，我们来自广东省高州市大坡镇清湖圹碑村，今天我怀着无比沉重与焦急的心情，写下这封求助信，希望能得到大家的帮助，救救我们的孩子李甜昕。

小甜昕才10个月，还是个在我怀里嗷嗷待哺的小婴儿，命运却对她露出了残酷的獠牙，她被诊断出患有严重的心脏疾病——扩张型心肌病，如今生命垂危，在广州市儿童医院ICU治疗，医生告诉我们，只有尽快做手术孩子才有希望，术后风险很大，可能还需要使用ECMO，光是开机费用就要十来万，加上手术费，总费用至少20万，孩子一场急病让我们这个农村家庭濒临绝境，这么多钱对于我们这个来说，真的不知道该去哪里凑。

2023年，孩子爸爸不小心弄断手，一直在家修养没法工作，2024，我生完孩子后也没有上班，现在孩子又生病，真的是屋漏偏逢连夜雨，我们已经花光所有积蓄，还背负了几万块的债务，难以承受的经济压力快压垮了我们，看着女儿插满管子躺在病床上，毫无生气的模样，太受罪了，我好想自己可以代她受苦，我的心像被千万根针扎着，她才10个月啊，我怎么能眼睁睁看着她被病魔折磨，可面对巨额的治疗费用，我们真的走投无路了。
