《救助我的爸爸》
大家好，我叫李雨芯，今天我怀着无比沉重的心情向大家讲述我爸爸的遭遇，希望能得到大家的帮助。

我的爸爸李志国，今年52岁。他的一生充满了坎坷，经历了离异的痛苦，独自抚养着我和妹妹。我，21岁，刚刚参加工作不久，还没有什么积蓄；妹妹才15岁，还在上学，本应是无忧无虑的年纪。然而，命运却对我们这个家庭如此残酷，爸爸被查出胃癌晚期。

当得知这个消息的时候，我们感觉整个世界都崩塌了。爸爸一直是我们家庭的顶梁柱，他默默地承受着生活的压力，努力工作，只为给我们创造更好的生活条件。可现在，他却躺在病床上，被病痛折磨着。
为了挽救爸爸的生命，我们选择了手术。手术的费用对于我们这个家庭来说已经是一笔巨款，家里的积蓄全部拿了出来，还向亲戚朋友借了很多钱。手术结束后，我们以为情况会有所好转，可现实却给了我们沉重的一击。爸爸的恢复情况很不好，需要长期住院调养。

住院期间，每天都有各种各样的费用产生，药品费、护理费、床位费等等，这些费用就像一座大山，压得我们喘不过气来。看着医院的账单，我的心里充满了无助和绝望。我和妹妹还太年轻，没有足够的能力去承担这么巨大的费用。

爸爸在家就在，他是我们在这个世界上最亲的人。我还记得小时候，爸爸总是把我和妹妹抱在怀里，给我们讲着故事，哄我们入睡。他用他那并不宽厚的肩膀为我们撑起了一片天。现在，他躺在病床上，身体一天比一天虚弱，我多么希望他能再次站起来，像以前一样陪伴着我们。

我也想过，如果没有爸爸，我和妹妹的未来会是怎样的黑暗。我们将失去最坚实的依靠，失去那个无论遇到什么困难都会为我们遮风挡雨的人。我不想让这样的事情发生，我相信妹妹也和我一样。
