尊敬的各位亲友以及充满爱心的人士：

您们好！在您繁忙的生活中，感谢您能停下脚步，打开我的这封求助信……面对突如其来的白血病，以及那如同天文数字般难以承受的高额医疗费用，我怀着最后一丝希望和一颗感恩的心，颤抖着写下这封求助信。

我是患者蔡西平，今年 48 岁，来自湖北省广水市陈巷镇吴氏祠村蔡家湾。我本是家中的顶梁柱，虽然家庭并不富裕，但我和妻子一直勤勤恳恳，努力让日子变得更好。我们的小儿子还在读书，本是一个平凡却温馨幸福的农村家庭。然而，一张无情的诊断书，瞬间将这个温馨的家击得粉碎。

2024年9月11号，这个日子如同噩梦深深刻在我的脑海。在东莞打工的那个清晨，我因“活动后气促 5 天，胸背痛，发热 4 小时”，匆匆赶到东莞市东部中心医院就诊。没想到，刚见到医生不久，我就被紧急转入了 ICU 进行治疗。经过漫长而煎熬的一周，我总算艰难地度过了危险期，可命运却并未放过我，我被确诊为【急性淋巴细胞白血病 B 细胞型】，为了能有更好的治疗，9 月 19 号转至广州南方医院继续与病魔抗争。

至今，仅仅治疗一个多月报销后就已花费 10 万元。如今，我再次住院进行第 2 次化疗，而后面等着我的，还有化疗和骨髓移植！
白血病，起初只能依靠化疗来抑制那疯狂肆虐的癌细胞。医生的话犹如重锤，一次次敲击着我的心。他说，癌症的治疗周期漫长而痛苦，治疗成本高昂，化疗的副作用更是巨大无比，让我做好心理准备。几十万，仅仅是治疗白血病的常规费用，化疗结束后还要进行骨髓移植。而现在，我唯一能做的，就是拼命去筹钱！这突如其来的变故，让我的生活瞬间坠入深渊，让我的家庭风雨飘摇。如今，遭遇如此重大的疾病，需要长期住院治疗，持续产生的高额医疗费用让我和家人崩溃绝望、走投无路！家中的经济状况一落千丈，早已负债累累。

此次冒昧打扰大家，实在是为了后续的移植做准备。现在，治疗正处于万分关键的时刻，一刻也不能耽误，医院里的每一分每一秒，都是金钱在飞速流逝。为了那一丝康复的希望，无奈之下，我只能借助水滴筹平台向您发出最真诚的求助。
