【生病经过】

我的妻子患类风湿已经10多年了。由于家庭贫困，我们没有能力让她接受系统的治疗。这10多年来，类风湿一点点侵蚀着她的身体，她的关节逐渐变形，身体的疼痛也日益加剧。近几年，她的病情不断加重，到最后已经无法行走。大概6 - 7年前，新的病魔又缠上了她，她出现了免疫肝硬化和脾大的情况。这使得她的身体更加脆弱，还容易引发胃出血这样的危险病症。平时，她总是被发烧、咳嗽、喘气费劲等症状困扰着。就在上个周，她的身体彻底垮了，呼吸衰竭和心脏衰竭同时袭来，生命体征变得非常微弱，被紧急送进了重症监护室。

医生告诉我们，虽然她的病情很严重，但是如果能够得到及时有效的治疗，还是有希望改善她的身体状况的。目前的治疗方案需要针对她的类风湿、肝硬化、呼吸衰竭和心脏衰竭等多种病症进行综合治疗。这包括使用一些昂贵的药物来控制病情的发展，这些治疗所需的费用对于我们这个贫困的家庭来说，简直是天文数字。

【家庭情况】
